We want you to be satisfied with your items and your shopping experience with us. We hope that you like everything you purchased, however if something doesn't work out, we are happy to help!

Return: Full refund will be processed for returned items only. The total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout minus the cost of shipping and return shipping. We are not responsible for return shipping or lost return. We recommend purchasing tracking when returning item and keeping shipping receipts for your records. Please allow up to 14 days for Elamar to receive and process your return.   Returned merchandise has to be postmarked within 10 days from the date delivered. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags still attached. The condition of the item is to be determined by Elamar upon examining returned items. If you fail to meet the return policy guidelines and any returned item will show signs of wear, unattached tags, or damaged clothing (including stains, makeup, deodorant, unpleasant odors, etc.), then your unacceptable items will be mailed back to you at your own expense. We will hold an unacceptable return for 10 days. After 10 days we will not process your return, and any items will be donated to charity.

No returns on sale item. Sale items and accessories and final sale and can not be returned. Sale items also include items purchased at a discounted price.

Exchange: Please email us if you would like to exchange the item so that we may begin the process for you.

If you believe you received a defective merchandise, you must email us within 3 days of receiving the item. We are not reliable for merchandise damaged after you have worn it.
